EFA is proud to announce that our friend and part-time employee of 20 years has joined our staff full time. Marc recently retired as a pilot from FedEx and will now be one of EFA’s Assistant Chief Flight Instructors and Training Directors.

Aviation has been a huge part of Marc’s life since he was a child as he spent much of his formative years at the airport with his dad, who is also a pilot. Prior to joining FedEx, Marc spent 20 years in the US Air Force flying the F-4 Phantom fighter as a line pilot and as an Operational Test and Evaluation Test Project Officer.
Marc loves to fly and it is evident in the incredible relationships that he builds with our customers and with the CFI’s that work for him. He is also an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner and has tested and graduated many past EFA students. Together with his wonderful wife, Terry, they give so much to aviation and to our school.
