Sport Aerobatics Articles by EFA Acro Student: Lise Lemeland

March 2nd, 2010

SportAerobatics_Jan2010_Cover_800EFA student, Lise Lemeland, took unusual attitude and aerobatic training from EFA Instructor, Marc Nathanson in 2009. She was the recipient of the 2009 Doug Yost Aerobatic Scholarship – one that promotes air safety through aerobatic training. She wrote a wonderful series of articles in Sport Aerobatics magazine about her experiences while training for her Private Pilot’s License and her aerobatic lessons. Her passion for aviation and ‘getting hooked’ on aerobatics is apparent in her stories! Even though Lise, a university teacher and artist, has been a Private Pilot for less than 2 years, flying has become an important part of her life – something she never could have imagined.
