All of EFA’s clients, both flight school students and rental pilots needing access to the airport ramp, will need to apply for a security badge. This badge allows access to the West Ramp without an escort. Without a badge you will experience delays getting to your aircraft.
To get started, please print the 4-page document below. Follow the instructions on page 1. Bring in pages 2 and 3 of the application with a check (made out to MassPort). Hand it in to an Executive Flyers dispatcher.
We will complete section 1 of the application and deliver the application to the airport’s administrative office (MassPort) on your behalf. Keep page 1 of this document so that you can schedule the fingerprinting and security training. Both are necessary before the badge can be issued.
Fingerprinting is accomplished at the State Police office on the 1st floor of the Civil Air Terminal. Security training is done directly with Massport on the 3rd floor of the Civil Air Terminal. If you have any questions, please call us at 781-274-7227.
