Hanscom ID Security Badge Information and Application

All of EFA’s customers (flight school students and rental pilots) needing access to the airport ramp will need to apply for a security badge. This badge will allow you access to the West Ramp, where all of our aircraft are based, without an escort. Without a badge you will experience delays on getting on the ramp. To get started, please download and print out this 3 page document. Follow the instructions on page 1 of the document. Bring in page 2 and 3 of the application with a check (made out to MassPort) to Executive Flyers and hand it in to a dispatcher. We will fill in Section 1 of the application and deliver the application to MassPort, the airport’s administrative office. Keep page 1 of this document so that you can schedule the fingerprinting and security training necessary before the badge is issued. Fingerprinting is done at the Police Office on the 1^st floor of the Civil Air Terminal. Security training is done directly with Massport on the 3^rd floor of the Civil Air Terminal.
