Executive Flyers uses an internet based system to schedule aircraft and instruction called “myFBO”. The benefit to this system is that you, as an EFA student or rental pilot, can view the entire schedule and schedule yourself (and your flight instructor if you are training) on your own.

You can create new reservations, check the weight and balance of your aircraft, review your recent transactions and bills, update your personal information, and more. In one click you can see the schedule for an entire day for our planes and instructors.

There are a few simple qualifications you need to have on-line scheduling enabled with us. Call us for more details, or ask your flight instructor for details.

Student Pilots: If you are a student with EFA, and your flight instructor has signed you off to solo you will be eligible for on-line scheduling. Ask your flight instructor or call us for details.

Rental Pilots: If you have flown with us in the last 90 days and have an up-to-date BFR and a current annual check ride at EFA, you will be eligible for on-line scheduling. Call us for details.

SCHEDULING: EFA aircraft are rented in duration of three-hour blocks. Scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis. All scheduling is done subject to an aircraft’s prior need for maintenance and/or periodic inspection. If a scheduled aircraft becomes unavailable for any reason, EFA reserves the right to make changes to your reservation in regards to aircraft. If the aircraft is changed, it will be in another aircraft of similar make and model.
