Executive Flyers uses an online scheduling system called MyFBO. The benefit is that you, as an EFA student or rental pilot, can view the entire schedule and book aircraft and flight instructors on your own.
You can create new reservations, check the weight and balance of your aircraft, review your recent transactions and bills, update your personal information and more.
Student Pilots: If you are a student with EFA and your flight instructor has signed you off to solo, you will be eligible for online scheduling.
Rental Pilots: If you have flown with us in the last 90 days and have an up-to-date BFR and a current annual checkride at EFA, you will be eligible for online scheduling.
EFA aircraft are rented in two and a half hour blocks. Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis. All scheduling is subject to an aircraft’s prior need for maintenance and periodic inspection.
If a scheduled aircraft becomes unavailable for any reason, EFA reserves the right to make changes to your reservation in regards to aircraft. If the aircraft is changed, we will do our best to book you in another aircraft of similar make and model.
