Customer Service, Line Service, Maintenance

Customer Service Representative/Aircraft Dispatcher:  Full and part time opportunities.

Applicants must enjoy working with customers and have some general aviation background (pilots preferred). Will serve as the “face of EFA” on the phone and at the counter. Welcome potential customers, dispatch and check-in all flights, schedule customers for training and rental, and aircraft for flying and maintenance, advise customers on weather and safety conditions, handle reservations and invoicing.  Flight check and ferry opportunities for certificated pilots. Must have strong computer skills, and be available to work shifts, including weekends.

Line Service:  Full and part time opportunities.

Line service personnel are responsible for keeping a fleet of more than thirty (30) EFA aircraft and 10-20 managed and customer-owned aircraft fueled, clean and in customer-pleasing condition. Line service operates the fuel truck and other line service vehicles, taxi and tow aircraft, wash and detail airplanes, and take pride in being responsible for the most well-maintained fleet around. 

EFA line service operates seven (7) days per week, from 6:45 AM to late evening, 364 days annually.  Applicants must be flexible, willing to work various shifts, and enjoy direct contact with the variety of customers who are training, renting and otherwise flying with EFA. We expect line service personnel to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times. Flight check and ferry opportunities for certificated pilots.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician:  Full time only.

A & P technicians needed to service the EFA training fleet, outside customers, and an Air Taxi operator�s turboprop Caravans and (soon) Eclipse Jets.  Perform annuals, 100 hour inspections, phase inspections, repairs, rebuilds, modifications, and complete refurbishments. Flight check and ferry opportunities for certificated pilots. Shift work and overtime possibilities.

The operation is located at Minute Man airport, Stow MA, with some work performed at Hanscom Field, Bedford, MA. Longer term plans call for a large operation to be added at Bedford, with expansion into more outside customer support and separate business center operations focused on various type aircraft.
