When you fly at EFA, there is no doubt that Cessna is a very important part of your experience with us. Our flight training, aircraft maintenance and aircraft sales reflect a commitment to Cessna that has been in existence for over 9 years. With Cessna’s computer-based “Cessna Pilot Center” flight training program, all of our students learn to fly with Cessna’s syllabus. The program is designed for the Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Certificate. Our maintenance department is an authorized Cessna Service Center. If you are interested in owning a new Cessna aircraft, EFA is partners with Cessna Sales Team Authorized Representative (CSTAR) Maine Aviation in Portland, Maine to distribute new Cessna aircraft.

Like a private airline, Linear Air offers regular service to popular destinations. Up to 8 passengers can travel in style in Linear Air’s new Cessna Grand Caravans. The Grand Caravan’s luxurious interior is spacious and comfortable; with plugs for laptop computers, pull-out desks and club seating. Linear Air will continue to operate the Caravans and now offers the Eclipse Jet, a new personal business jet. Linear Air’s president and CEO, William Herp, is a visionary entrepreneur with a history of success starting and growing businesses. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Herp is an Instrument Rated Commercial Pilot. EFA is proud to be partnered with Linear Air. EFA president, Michael Goulian, is it’s Director of Operations and EFA’s maintenance and line-service department handle all ground operations and repairs. Most of Linear Airs’ crew members are past EFA Certified Flight Instructors.

Castrol Aviator has been an essential part of EFA’s fleet of aircraft. All of our aircraft have uses the Castrol Aviator piston engine oil since its inception in 2003. We use the oil not only in the flight school aircraft, but also in Michael Goulian’s (EFA President) show plane (type: Extra 300SHP) and Red Bull race plane (type: Edge 540).
