Ralph graduated early from Daniel Webster College, earning an Associates Degree in Aviation Management and Flight Operations as well as a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management.

He earned his Private Pilot Certificate in 1988. Since then, Ralph has also earned his Commercial Pilot Certificate (SEL and MEL) and his Instrument Rating. He has been a Dispatcher at EFA for about four years.

Ralph currently works at EFA part-time. He is also a custom home builder and has appeared on Extreme Home Makeover.
